Each day, former WBC competitors and champions will be available for open discussions, sharing their insights, experience, and behind-the-scenes knowledge to help you feel more confident and prepared. These seasoned professionals understand the journey you're on—and are here to guide, encourage, and inspire.
A daily calendar of mentoring talks will be posted at the Barista Base Camp, covering a wide range of valuable topics, such as:
- Preparing your mindset for competition
- Managing time, stress, and workflow on stage
- Tips for maximizing practice time during WBC week
- What they wish they’d known as first-time competitors

BOOKING DETAILS
2025 Barista Base Camp will be hosting Training and Preparation Sessions for all baristas competing in the WBC 2025, on six consequent days, starting October 10th until October 15th.
Bookings that have been made or changes to the choosen time slots must be changed or canceled as soon as possible. You can change your booking date and time at any time by clicking on the confirmation link in your calendar.
Attention: max. 2 slots per participant for the entire period of the Camp.
Tip: All 4 available “Coffee Stations” feature exactly the same equipment. Make sure to check each Coffee Station’s availability to book your preferred Time Slot.
