For many years, we have seen the plastic waste mountain on earth grow rapidly. This poses a massive threat to us and our sensitive ecosystems. With our initiative "Change the World - sip by sip" we have launched an appeal: Let's change something! Every day, sip by sip.
BWT is also setting more and more pink highlights in sport. The latest addition to the sporty BWT family is the French Formula 1 team Alpine F1. Together, they are aiming for a long-term, strategic partnership, which is already reflected in the name change BWT Alpine F1.
From now on, the unique BWT PINK branding will be used to carry the joint mission "Change the World - sip by sip" and the associated social responsibility beyond the racetracks into the world. Bottle Free Zones instead of disposable plastic bottles throughout the paddock are just the first steps, to be followed by many more committed steps.
Joining forces to convince as many people as possible around the world, our employees, partners, customers, and fans to reduce plastic waste and to fight together against the unfair distribution of clean, safe, and healthy drinking water is the declared goal of the BWT Alpine F1 Team.
BWT AND ALPINE F1 TEAM COMBINE FORCES IN STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP AIMED AT SUSTAINABILITY DRIVE
Alpine F1 Team and BWT are entering into a strategic, long-term partnership from the 2022 season. BWT becomes the title partner of Alpine F1 Team from the 2022 season onwards, with the team becoming BWT Alpine F1 Team.
Alpine has decided to use the unique BWT PINK branding to carry the sustainable mission and the associated social responsibility further out into the world via the shared platforms of Formula 1 and the automotive industry. The PINK symbolizes BWT's mission "Change the world - sip by sip" - to make the world better sip by sip by implementing the Bottle Free Zone concept.
Change the world, sip by sip. It's not just written on my helmet, but here at the GT Masters we live the motto. The entire paddock receives water dispensers from BWT, making a not inconsiderable contribution to reducing single-use plastic waste. I am proud to have BWT as a partner on my side and to be able to draw attention to the issue of sustainability in the context of motorsport.
Sustainability is a big issue in everything I do. Sustainability is a top priority for me. That's why I'm excited about the Bottle Free Zone and the products that help us eliminate single-use plastic bottles. It's late, but it's not too late to make a change. We have only one world and we need to protect it.
Making the world a little better, sip by sip - myself and everyone else can simply model it: By avoiding single-use bottles and relying on local drinking water, I am reducing my impact on the environment. We are proud to have made our restaurant a BWT Bottle Free Zone and to be able to serve our guests local water mineralized with magnesium.

In doing so, we all contribute to reduce the strain on the environment and, in the process, make the world a better place sip by sip. I am proud that LASK is focusing on sustainability with the use of BWT water dispensers and that we can contribute to raising awareness on the issue.
